Bad Weather Class Cancellation Policy

When a class is cancelled at WAG, an email will be sent to both the WAG Membership and WAG Student lists as well as a message recorded on our voicemail.

We try to do this at least 90 minutes prior to class time but that is not always possible.

During severe weather, please call WAG at 815-675-9300 to check the message and also check your email before leaving for class.

If we are unable to meet the 90 minute deadline, every effort will be made to reach you at the contact number you have listed with the class registrar – please make sure that number is correct and make a point of checking your messages/e-mail before leaving for class on days that the weather may be factor.
